The Mount Carmell Worship Collective for the creative exploration of

Faith, Science, & the Arts

Where creativity meets curiosity and wonder

The Mount Carmell Worship Collective is a Faith, Science, and the Arts Collective. We have a heart for science communication to the Church, for its nourishment and edification.

Scientific knowledge can help us live safer and longer lives and secure a better future for our ourselves, others, and future generations. If that isn’t compelling enough, we also believe it can lead to deeper worship of our God and more awareness of opportunities we can partner with him to heal our broken and wounded world.

We are a collaborative of creatives, artists, scholars, and scientists. We write songs for the Church (including faith and science songs!), lead science communication workshops and bible-studies, develop guidebooks, devotionals, and hands-on curriculums, and host creative events.

We believe that awe and wonder, especially when connected to worship and the arts is an important entry point for science engagement with the Church. Our goal is to see the flourishing of the Church and our world, and we aim to do that by creating in this space, and inspiring a movement of creatives to do the same.

    • Christ-Centered Worship: We are a faith-based worship collaborative with Christ at the center. We want our work to draw others into deeper relationship with Christ, and we want to encourage others to set their hearts on worship as the reason behind what and why they create. We also desire to love and worship God more fully, not just with our heart, but with our mind/brain.

    • Life-Giving Community: We want to cultivate community for creatives that is life-giving.
