    Grant Argent is a Nashville based guitarist, bassist, and producer. He loves to use his gifts for the kingdom whether it be touring the country playing guitar, or producing music for artists. You may know him from his work on Madison Ryann Ward’s “You Love Me So” and “Green.”

    Seany Le’Rue is a Praise & Worship leader and inspirational artist residing in Nashville, TN. Seany has worked with such artists & producers as: Dwan Hill, Nashville Life Music, CeCe Winans and more. She has released two singles as an artist “O Come All Ye Faithful” in 2020 and “Sufficient for Today” in 2023.

    Marie-Claire is an independent artist in Nashville who is using her music to bring hope and joy to people through sharing her love for Jesus with the world. Her single “Wake Me Up” launched her career in 2020, and she is now working on a full length Christian project.

    Roy Moye III is a dynamic speaker, singer, aerospace engineer, and the founder of STEMusic LLC. He is passionate about teaching the next generation how they can engage in Science, Tech, Engineering, and Math through the power of music. Roy also has a deep relationship with God and loves to communicate the power of this relationship through worship!

  • Corina Newsome, M.S.

    ORNITHOLOGIST & SCIENCE COMMUNICATOR

    Corina Newsome is a wildlife conservation scientist dedicated to the integration of environmental justice and conservation science, policy, and practice. Corina earned her bachelor's degree in zoo and wildlife biology from Malone University and her master's degree in biology from Georgia Southern University. She is committed to centering the leadership and perspectives of Black, Indigenous, and communities of color in wildlife conservation, environmental education, and exploration of the natural world.

Our Board

  • Dr. Odelet West is an Assistant Dean of Instruction at Vincennes University. She serves as the Dean for Early College Programs in Northeast Fort Wayne, Indiana.

    For over two decades, Dr. West has worked as an administrator, researcher, and instructor. Her research and scholarly publications examine the college experience for African American students, the intersection of the church and the educational process for students of color.

    Dr. West's collegiate administration career provides a wealth of experience developing and managing programs at distinguished higher education institutions. In her roles at both the University of Illinois at Chicago and at Goshen College, she strategically designed, implemented, and evaluated recruitment and retention initiatives to increase the graduation rate of students of color.

    She has taught for the Malcom X College in Chicago, Illinois and for Ivy Tech Community College in Indiana. She serves on several boards and works with numerous community organizations. Currently, she serves as the Vice President for the Indiana Association for Blacks in Higher Education and she co-chairs the Allen County College Success Coalition. She is an advisor for the BookStart Project and a consultant for the Greater Fort Wayne YMCA. As an AABHE Board member for over 6 years, she has led several committees.

    Dr. West earned her B.S. from Indiana University, M.S. from Purdue University, and her Ph.D. in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Illinois Chicago. She is fulfilling her calling as a consultant and minister to help others reach their goals and dreams.

  • Mr. Talkbox (Byron Chambers) is an Orlando-born, Nashville based artist and the world’s top Talkbox artist and voice. As a solo artist, he’s had five #1 Singles in Japan, 2016 Grammy Award Nomination and is a 2 Time Dove Award Winner.

    He's worked, performed, and toured with diverse artists, from Bruno Mars and T-Pain to Lecrae and CeCe Winans. His work crosses over from secular music to Christian music.

    You may recognize his voice from the intro to the Multi-Grammy award-winning song “24K Magic” by Bruno Mars or "My God" by CeCe Winans' Nashville Life Music, which peaked at #5 on the Gospel Top 100 Billboards.

    Above and beyond any of his credentials, he has a heart for ministry and service. He has previously served as the Music Director at Nashville Life Church, and he and his wife regularly lead bible studies for married couples. He brings a wealth of experience in the music industry, as well as experience leading and training songwriters. But most importantly, he loves God and people, and seeks to glorify God through his work and life.
